Wallflower & Shafted
Tuesday, 23 March 2010 -
Saturday, 27 March 2010
Tea and Scones presents WALLFLOWER & SHAFTED. Two fast-paced comedies, devised, written and performed by a cast of fresh, young and reasonably untainted Unitec acting grads.
WALLFLOWER
Inspired by Sigmund Freud, who proposed that the human psyche could be divided into three parts.
Charlie, a young business woman, grapples head-on with a job interview while being governed by her inner thoughts.
SHAFTED
Shafted explores Man's innate ability to turn an uncomfortable situation into an utterly bizarre and twisted ordeal, with tragic results.
Starring Kirsten Ibbetson, Toni Rowe, Gypsy Kauta, Greg Padoa, Sarah Graham and Paul MacDiarmid.
Produced by Patricia Phelan.
Two shows for the price of one: $10. Book through: [email protected] and door sales available one hour prior to the show.
